Carolina Water Damage Restoration specializes in full service restoration projects pertaining to water, mold, and/or sewage damage. We are looking for one new team member to take on the role of Project Manager.

Education & Experience
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Professional Certification: Water Damage Restoration Technician
Job Requirements:
- Supply their own personal reliable transportation to/from work
- Valid Drivers License
- Hardworking, team oriented, possess leadership, maintain positive company culture
- Have desire to drive the company forward
- Comfortable sharing their opinion/insights on company systems, improvements, etc.
- Exercise high rate of communication with team
- A proficient communicator over the phone, typing emails, texts, etc (including response times)
- 3+ Years Experience in Restoration Industry
Required Skills
Skills:
- Knowledge of residential building materials and their proper installation methods
- Understanding the proper order/timeline of trade execution in a restoration project
- IICRC Certifications
- General Contractor’s License
- Xactimate Experience
- Property Claims experience (discussing scopes with adjusters, adjuster meetings, calls, etc.)
Work Requirements
Daily Responsibilities:
- Seamless coordination of workers/trades for continuous progress
- Attention to detail when planning for project and reviewing work completed
- Ordering all proper materials with proper waste
- Ordering materials/fabrication ahead of time to remain on schedule down the road
- Establishing a great relationship with the homeowner
- Helping homeowners with selections of materials such as tile, flooring, paint, etc.
- Identifying change orders/supplements and notifying the estimator
- Collecting down payments/scheduled payments throughout repair projects
- Discussing prices for work with subcontractors for all trades during the project
- Coordinating/verifying subcontractor’s invoices with office admin
- Building great relationships with our subcontractors and meeting new ones
- Accurately tracking job costing and profit margins of projects
Qualifications:
- 24/7 call operations management.
- Emergency response and documentation.
- Expertise in Xactimate project estimation.
- Technician training in mitigation.
- Revenue growth and relationship building.
