Amazing! This probably is my most honest review ! My husband and I absolutely are grateful Carolina Water Damage Restoration responded to our home. We appreciate their quick response, professionalism and timely arrival!!!! I woke up to water pouring through my kitchen ceiling. Our upstairs bathroom leaked all night and our kitchen was flooding. Water was pouring through the ceiling, honestly I became historical. I was unable to stop the leak on my own, I couldnt find the main disconnect. I was desperate for help after calling other companies, I reached out to Carolina. This was all before 8 am. The receptionist was so calm and reassuring, she immediately informed me she would call her manager to assist me. He returned my call within moments. He talked me through finding our main water disconnect. He was very knowledgeable and within moments I was able to find and disconnect the water line. Such a relief!!! I was then informed of who my technician would be and his arrival time. Our technician Francisco arrived, immediately addressing the issues , cleaned up the excess water and debris, while keeping me informed throughout. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. The professionalism the entire team and Francisco displayed speaks volumes about the company. This is coming from someone they spoke calmly and respectful to while I was indeed hysterical. I'll always refer them and use them for any future needs.

We had a great experience with Jake and his team! We had a leak in our property that caused floor damage, wall damage and mold and they had it cleaned up and repaired fast with excellent communication along the way! Highly recommend!

I recently used Carolina Water Damage Restoration to address some old water damage and minor mold growth in my garage. Communication was fast and the crew was at my home the next day to review the issue and provide me with a fair estimate. I was able to get on the repair schedule quickly. The crew removed and replaced all damaged drywall and gave the garage a fresh paint job. The manager stayed in contact with me throughout the project to answer any questions and provide updates. I definitely recommend Carolina Water Damage Restoration and would use them again if needed.

Jake took the time to communicate with my insurance adjuster which helped as well. I felt like his estimate was fair and did not deviate at completion.

Carolina Water Damage Restoration did a great job with our wall and floor after a pipe leaked in the wall behind the fridge. Jake was always easy to get ahold of and stayed on top of things with our insurance company. All of the workers were polite and friendly. They moved some super heavy pieces of furniture for us!

Jake and his team have been amazing to work with. I had a water pipe bust & flood my downstairs and they were there next day for remediation and gutting everything. Jake is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoughtfully and concise.
