Amazing! This probably is my most honest review ! My husband and I absolutely are grateful Carolina Water Damage Restoration responded to our home. We appreciate their quick response, professionalism and timely arrival!!!! I woke up to water pouring through my kitchen ceiling. Our upstairs bathroom leaked all night and our kitchen was flooding. Water was pouring through the ceiling, honestly I became historical. I was unable to stop the leak on my own, I couldnt find the main disconnect. I was desperate for help after calling other companies, I reached out to Carolina. This was all before 8 am. The receptionist was so calm and reassuring, she immediately informed me she would call her manager to assist me. He returned my call within moments. He talked me through finding our main water disconnect. He was very knowledgeable and within moments I was able to find and disconnect the water line. Such a relief!!! I was then informed of who my technician would be and his arrival time. Our technician Francisco arrived, immediately addressing the issues , cleaned up the excess water and debris, while keeping me informed throughout. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
